  *  Preparation of printing thickener : 

     Sodium Alginate Thichener               5-8%

     Sodium Hexameta Phosphate (SHMP)        0.5-1%

     Total                                   100

Add warm water into barrel first, and then add SHMP. Add dried Sodium Alginate slowly while stirring water till full solution without any grains inside. Then add water to total amount, and stir it into transparent, adjust PH value as neutral, and then cool it down.

* Printing paste :

dyes          x%

Urea          1-3%

NaHCO3         1-1.5%

Ludigol        1%

full paste  30-50%

* First mix a little amount of cold water with dyes to mash ,afterward spill solubilized Ludigol and Urea, and then churn up while adding hop water of about 60 for dilution. At last enter the dyes solution. At last enter the dyes solution into sodium alginate thickener and churn up for equality  . The NaHCO3 solution should be affiliated into printing thickener just before us.

Drying: generally the temperature for drying printed fabrics is among 100-130, according to thickness of fabrics, size of printing pattern, and adhered paste.

Steaming: steaming 8-10 minutes at 102-105 in saturated steam.

Washing: washing at room temperature→washing at 60-70→washing at 85-95→soaping at 95-100 →2-4% soaping agent within 10-20 minutes→washing at 80-90→washing at 60-70→

Washing: washing at room temperature→washing at 60-70→washing at 85-95→soaping at 95-100 →2-4% soaping agent within 10-20 minutes→washing at 80-90→washing at 60-70→washing at room temperature→squeezing→drying
